Onyx is in a place she had never been before. Its a lovely scene. The room is warm and it smells of lovely flowers that are everywere. She wears a lovely lace dress as she sits on a bed of silk. The door opens and maid peeks in.
"Miss? THe master request your presence." She says.

Alexiel looks relieved that inuyasha hadn't said anything and looks around."Where'd onyx and kirara go?"Miroku looks confused at inuyasha.

"Look I don't have time to mess with you. I have to get back and warn the others about what's happening to Onyx." Kirara says and tries to push her way past him.

"Not happening. You aren't going anywhere until we settle this once and for all." He grabs her arms and forces her back.

InuYasha turns around and looks at Mirkou. He stares for a moment before he begins to growl. He hated Mirkou with a passion. Without him, Onyx would have loved him but no! She had to fall in love with Mirkou!
"DAMN YOU MIRKOU!" He yells.

miroku looks scared and hides behind alexiel."what did I do?" Alexiel looks confused then something dawns on her.

"Go damn it, Sesshoumaru!You aren't that important to me! Not everyone waits around for you to show up. I have things to do, now MOVE!" Kirara yells as shee pushes past him.

Sesshoumaru just stands there in surprise. 'No one has ever said that to me before....It's always been "I have been training for you to come" or "Please don't kill me. I've thought about it and I'm really sorry." No has ever said that they didn't care when I came for them.'

Onyx follows the maid to her master's chamber to find the man with the enchanting voice. Within the chamber is a man with long white hair and pointy ears along with a naked woman with blue skin and misty hair and the slug monster that had attacked them.

"Miroku! Alexiel! Inuyasha! Onyx needs our help!" Kirara yells out as she comtinues running. Sesshoumaru follows her.

Alexiel's ears twitch and she figures out what kirara's yelling.Grabbing both inuyasha and miroku she drags them behind her towards kirara.

"Alexiel!" Kirara cries out as she sees the girl running towards her.

"Will you stop ignoring me!" Sesshoumaru was really getting riled for the first time in his life. He wasn't used to being ingored.

"No...we'll ingore you all the time now."Alexiel grins hearing sesshomaru before looking at kirara."What's wrong?"Miroku looks concerned.

"Onyx disappeared. I think it might be that damn voice again! We don't have much time! We have to find her somehow." Kirara said and turned to Sesshoumaru. "If your not going to help, then leave now!"

"I will not go anywhere. I won't help you either. I will do whatever I please." Sesshoumaru said, not even flinching under Kirara's glare.

"do whatever the hell you want...but help us while your doing it."Alexiel smirks.

"Onyx's gone?well then we have to find her!"Miroku looks worried ingoring the two siblings for the moment.

"Ignore the pompus bastard! I think she went this way, and then her scent just disappears." Kirara says quickly.

"Stop ignoring me. Do you all have a death wish?" Sesshoumaru was really annoyed now. Who did they think they were to order him around and ignore him? The damn cat had no right to call him a bastard! What a bitch.

"most likely...except I will kill you if you touch miroku..."Alexiel growls turning back to kirara."Ok...well we haveta hurry cause if something happens inuyasha will never let us hear the end of it."

"What did I say about ignoring that thing? Now if we're going to do this we're going to need all of us. I think a good spell might be in order here." Kirara explains.

"Like that is going to work. I doubt any of you have a strong enough bond with the girl." Sesshoumaru says and leans against a nearby tree. If he was going to be ignored, fine by him. It wasn't like they were worth anything.

Alexiel starts towards sesshomaru as if to hit him but changes her mind.They dont have time."So...mister I'm lord of everythign what do you suggest?"

Sesshoumaru remains quiet.

"That's what I thought. Now, everyone in a circle and hold hands. Think of your fondest memory of the girl. I'll do the rest." Kirara says and motions for everyone to come closer. "You can join us too Mr. I'm too good for you."

alexiel scowls but takes kirara and miroku's hands.

Sesshoumaru moves to join the circle and take Kirar's hand. "I'm only doing this so we can continue or fight."

"Whatever." Kirara grumbles. "Everyone ready?"

Alexiel,who wasn't in the best of moods,nods.Miroku nods."yea."

Kirara closes her eyes and concentrates. "Hi no kami, watashi no sakebi wo kiki nasai! Watashi tachi ga ai suru ichi tsu ni watashi tachi wo tsure te iki nasai!" (God's of fire, hear my cry. Take us to the one we love)

Both alexiel and miroku think about how happy onyx and inuyasha had looked together.

Kirara imagine's the time when she talked to Onyx by the water.

Sesshoumaru remembered the time that Onyx had attacked him, not because he'd loved it, but because that was the only memory he had of her.

"Hello dear." The man with the ears says. "I've finally gotten you where I want you."

"Who are you?" She asks him.

"I'm the man who loves you. I rule this mountian. This is the spirt of all water and this is the beast of the mountain." He says, pointing to the other two.

Alexiel focuses really hard on the memory of onyx,hoping against all odds everything will be ok.She didn't want inuyasha to lose someone he loved again.

"Here my plea! Take us to the one in need!" Kirara yells out, completing the spell. There was a bright flash of light.

both alexiel and miroku let go off each other's hands covering thier eyes."did it work?"Alexiel blinks still blinded.

"i don't know." Kirara says looking around atunned.

Alexiel rubs her eyes before going to stand beside kirara."ummm...kirara sorry about not telling you where sango was...I just to tell and I firgured you'd go see her and see riku..."

"It doesn't matter. I'm glad I went with you guys. I wouldn't have made all these new friends." Sesshoumaru snorts and drops her hands. "Or that one dude that keeps following us..."

Alexiel looks at seshomaru and nearly curses realizing where she had left riku and sango."what are you doing here?!you'r esupposed to be in your castle!"

"I have been here for quite a while now." Sesshoumaru says and Kirara looks concerned.

"Yeah. He's been here..."

"Yea I know...But I just thought of something.."alexiel tries pushing sesshomaru back in the way of his castle."Time to go home!!!"

Sesshoumaru digs his feet into the ground. "I'm not going anywhere."

"What's gotten into you, Alexiel? He's harmless. The only one he wants to kill right now is me..."

Alexiel glares at sesshomaru before leaning over and whispering in kirara's ear."where do you think sango and riku are?I want him there to guard them!"

Kirara's eyes widen. "Go home, Sesshoumaru. I will follow after you and fight you once we get there."

"I'll be waiting." Sesshoumaru promises and disappears...

alexiel sighs relaxing."good..."

"Why do you want to leave Sango and them under the care of HIM?" Kirara says scornfully.

"because it was the only place I could think of that demons would avoid...anyways he offered me protection and anyone i brought with me at one time...."Alexiel smiles.

"Sorry to say this, but I'm surprised. I wouldn't trust him as far as a mortal coudl throw him." Kirara said and looked in the direction Sesshoumaru went in disbelief.

"niether did i but he promised and I had to come find you guys and I couldn't bring riku with me..."Alexiel looks scared for a moment,wondering if she did the right thing.

Kirara pats her on the shoulder. "I'm sure he can't be all bad."

Alexiel grins sitting down next to miroku."you're right...at one time he was pretty cool to be around...then he became obsessed with tesigia..."

"Yes...The Tetsusaiga seems to have warped his mind."

"Yea...he's become an idiot.Anywyas will you take me and miroku out to his castle after we get onyx...maybe even inuyasha?"

"Sure thing...Shit! We forgot about Onxy!" Kirara says and smacks herself on the head.

"Oh NO!CRAP!"inuyasha looks frantic.Alexiel swears off a long list of colorful swears and miroku looks scared.

"Um! this way I think!" kirara points in the direction of where Onyx's scent was and took off.

Inuyasha runs after her closely followed by alexiel carrying miroku.

Kirara skids to a stop in front of the cave Onyx was in.

inuyasha runs on in,not caring what was in there.Miroku and alexiel skid to a stop by kirara nearly hitting her.

"Why am I here" Onyx asks the man.

"I'm hear to help you fullfill your task." He says. "But first ,there is something you must do for us."

"What?" She asks him.

He smiles. "It quiet simple. All you have to do is kill anyone who gets in your way and you'll be fine."

Onyx, not being herself, nods her head.

inuyasha looks frantic."ONYX!!!!"

Kirara paces at the mouth of the cave. She knows that she shouldn't interfere. This sprung up between Onyx's feelings for Miroku and Inuyasha's feelings for her and that only INuyasha should go in there, but she wanted to help so bad.

Alexiel was sprouting off some colorful curses while miroku was trying to calm her down.

Kirara sighs and plops down on the ground, ears twitching, deep in thought.

"Onyx?ONYX@!!!!"Inuyasha yells.

Alexiel stops pacing sitting down next to kirara and miroku sits next to her."So...do you want to hear about your son?" "Yes please."

Kirara starts chewing on her thumb. listening to the conversation and trying to hear what was going on in the cave.

alexiel smiles leaning against miroku."his name is riku.He's two months old.he looks like you miroku..blackest hair and the most beautiful eyes..."Miroku looks proud.

' He must be sweet. I wish I could see him, but God only knows how possible it is that I might not get to. They won't want me around their child after lying to them all these years.' On the outside Kirara smiles.

"And I swear if you teach him to be like you...at least perverted...I will kill you miroku..."Miroku still looks happy.

"could you just see it...The little kid looking up women's skirts..." Kirara says and laughes.

alexiel smiles thinking about it."yea...him and his father going skirt chasing..." "HEy!the only skirt I'm gonna be looking up is yours!"miroku smiles.

"That would be a sight...The little tyke looking up his momma's skirt." Kirara says and smiles brightly.

"or sango's....miroku will be busy looking up mine..."

Kirara shrugs. "At least he'll grow up well adjusted..."

"and it couldn't be all bad his dad's a pretty good guy."Alexiel smiles kissing miroku's cheek making him smile.

'So in love...When will I ever have that?' She thinks. Aloud she says. "I'm sure everything will turn out for the best."

alexiel smiles curling up in miroku's lap."Probably..that is if sesshy doesn't kill my son...or that onyx dies..."

"I don't really know what's going to happen from this point on, but I'm sure that Inuyasha won't give up till he gets his girl, and Sesshoumaru wouldn't break a promise." Kirara says and sighs staring into the cave with a blank look on her face.

Miroku smiles hugging her close."that's true sesshomaru might be an aggrogant bastard but he honors his promises..."Alexiel smiles watching the cave.

Kirara falls back and stretches out on the ground. "Welp! I guess that means I'm srewed then. He swore that he'd fight me to the death. Oh well...I lived a good life."

"fight him and make him beg for mercy..then he wont kill you...even then I bet I could talk him outta killing you...probably not fighting you.."

"it doesn't matter. I need alittle death threat to spice up my life every once in a while. I just hate to win those things. He's so pretty too." Kirara says and stares up into the clouds.

alexiel snorts the water she had been drinking coming out her nose."W-what did you say?!" miroku looks at kirara surpirsed.

Kirara sits up. "I said that it sucks that I have to kill him. What did you think I said?"

Alexiel looks at her."did you just call him pretty?"

Kirara looks up into the sky thinking. "Perhaps I did. What of it? He is pretty, for a man."

Miroku starts laughs and alexiel tries to surpress a fit of giggles."it's just that it's...sesshomaru..."

Kirara shrugs.

Alexiel laughs."I think someone has a crush..."

Kirara blushes. "No way! I would never like someone that rude! He's so inconsiderate! Walking around think that he's the best and not caring for the only family he has! I dispise people like that!" 'And I yet I ran away from my own family. I'm such a hypocrate'

alexiel pokes her cheek."then why are you blushing?"

"I'm not blushing." Kirara says and jumps up into a nearby tree.

"REally?then why's your face all red?"alexiel smiles leaning against miroku.

Kirara sticks her head out of the tree. "It's hot."

alexiel nods not really believeing her.

Kirara sticks her head back into the tree and pouts. ' I can't like him. He's everything I'm against, but then again....What am I really against? Everything I've become, so it wouold be fitting if I feel for a jerk like him. We could go to hell together....How fucking romantic.'

Alexiel taps her fingers against her leg worried about how long inuyasha had been gone.

Kirara sighes and tries to see into the cave. She growls lightly.

"How long does it take to find one girl?"alexiel says agiated.

"depends I guess." Kirara says and tries to relax.

Alexiel starts pacing,and miroku lays back trying to relax by thinking about his son.

"I can't take it anymore! I say we leave and they can find us when they find us! We don't even knwo what they're doing in there! For all we know they're..." Kirara stops realizing what she was saying.

alexiel makes gagging noise mentally finishing kirara's sentence."so if we leave let's go to sesshomaru's."

"I guess. I do have to face him sometime." Kirara says jumping down. "If they survive. Inuyasha'll be able to follow our scents."

Alexiel grins."ok then!"Miroku sits up."Yes!I'll finally get to see my son!"

"So which way is it?" Kirara asks. 'Maybe i will get to see their child after all'

Alexiel looks around to figure out where she was."That way."She points to the left taking miroku's hand.

Kirara follows.

After like twenty minutes they find themselves standing face to face with sesshomaru's gates at his castle.

"So you didn't chicken out." A cold voice said and Sesshoumaru dropped down in front of the group.

"Hello to you too." Kirara grumbles.

The man pets Onyx on the head.
"Good girl. Take the beast of the mountian to the temple you seek and bring back the vile you find to me."

"Yes master." She says.

The beast follows her to exit of the castle. She sheds her lovely clothing and is back in her ninja uniform.

"Let's ride!" She said to the beast.

It gave scream before turning into a huge slug. Onyx jumps on and it starts off.

"sesshomaru...good to see you...are you going to invite us in or leave us out here to freeze?"Alexiel grins.

"You may enter. Take your brat with you when you leave. I'm not a babysitter. You, i will deal with when the time is right." Sesshoumaru nods in the direction of Kirara and jumps back over the wall.

"Has he ever heard of a door?" Kirara mutters.

Miroku frowns a little,not like his child being called a brat."Come on let's go in."alexiel opens the door looking around.

"I'm sure your child is a wonderful little boy. Sesshoumaru's just a jerk." She said not really caring about her surroundings. 'I've lived in bigger.'

alexiel laughs."that he is."Miroku smiles happily as sango comes out carrying riku.

Kirara smiles and looks at the boy. She avoides eye contact with Sango though.

Sesshoumaru walks up. "Rest up. We fight at dawn." He delivers his challenge and heads up to the castle. "Alexiel, I'll be needing to talk to you after you're done here."

Sango smiles pulling the baby in miroku's arms.Alexiel looks at him and he nods,and alexiel shrugs."Ok...we can talk now."

"Follow me." Sesshoumaru leads her to a grove of trees far away from any prying ears.

Alexiel follows admiring how pretty it was out here."Was there something you wanted?"

"I wanted to talk to you about an heir. You are the only one in the remaining family with a son. Kirara's strong, and I can't back down from the challenge now. If anything should happen to me. I want you and Inuyasha to rule the lands jointly and I want the child to recieve the Tensiaga when he's old enough to weild it. Will you do that for me." Sesshoumaru asked swallowing his pride. He knew that this had to be taken care of soon enough anyways.

Alexiel blinks stupidly at sesshomaru not believeing what she was hearing."um...yea."

"That's good...very good. You can go back to your child now." He said. "I'm going to stay here for a while."

Alexiel smiles,hugging him,before running back inside.miroku was holding riku sitting in a chair.

"What did the pompus bastard want?" Kirara asks.

"um...in case he dies soon he asked my son to be his heir and give him Tensiaga when he's old enough."Alexiel shrugs and miroku looks at her shocked.

"And when the hell does he plan on dying? It would seems as though that asshole's determined to live forever." Kirara says angrily in order to hide her surprise.

"Yea I know what you mean...maybe's he's afraid he'll lose tommorow..."alexiel shrugs hugging miroku who still held riku.

"Why should he be afraid? He's the big bad Lord, remember? I should be afraid of him! Which I'm not by the way!." Kirara says and plops down on the floor.

Alexiel shrugs,"Maybe he's just afraid he'll die alone and childless."

"That's his fault. What did I ever do to him to deserve this? Grrr...It makes me so mad just to think about it!" Kirara says and her ears begin to twitch madly.

Alexiel grins moving so that miroku and the baby where in teh way before answering."and what?you wanna make him a father?"

Kirara jump sup. her face bright red. "I never said anything like that!"

alexiel laughs."yea but that blush sure says more then words ever could."

Kirara growls glaring at her. "I don't like him like that. Get it through your head!"

Alexiel stops laughing."whatever.."then mumbles."youre head might not know it but your heart does..."

"I can hear you. ya know." Kirara says and leans against the wall pouting.

"yeayea.."alexiel smiles standing up."I'm going for a walk!"She announces going back outside heaading to where she left sesshomaru.

Sesshoumaru just stands there staring off into space getting himself ready to confront Kirara.

alexiel waves a hand in front of his face,seeing how it looked like he was asleep on his feet.

Sesshoumaru blinks and turns to face her. "Yes? You have something you wish to ask me?"

Alexiel smiles."yes out of my own perverted curiousity...has anyone ever asked you to have their child?"

"No. No one I know would be that forward and there hasn't really been anyone that I have been interested in for about a hundred years now." Sesshoumaru said a bit surprised.

Alexiel tries to keep a fit of giggles at bay,thinking of how cute kirara and sesshomaru would be together."ok..."

There is a sudden noise as a tree falls and then soon, millions of them fall as if they were just mere dominoes. The huge slug is moving at great pace, not seeing the group. Onyx of course doesn't seem them either.

Inuyasha looks panicked running towards her."ONYX!!!!!!"

Onyx looks down, seeing InuYasha. She takes out her whip, jumps in the air and yells her battle cry.
"FLAMING WHIP OF THE SAMURAI!" She yells.
Her whip is set aflame and she lashes out at InuYasha.

inuyasha holds up his arm to try and block it but still gets hit."Damn!"

She lands on the ground and seeing InuYasha is injured, smiles.
"You think that you can stop me? Nothing will distract me from my goal! Beast of the mountian, let us ride to the temple!"
The beast gives out a roar and she jumps in the trees and onto its back.

inuyasha stands there stunned.

"Anything else while you're here?" Sesshoumaru asks calmly.

Alexiel thinks about it before moving back some."yep!do you have a crush on kirara?"

Sesshoumaru's eyes widen, but other than that he shows no emotion. "Why would you ask me a question like that. She is my enemy and one of us will have to die tomorrow. Even if it is true...It could never be."

Alexiel shrugs."back out don't kill her..god knows you've threatened to kill inuyasha and never done it."

"That is different. He is family. If only you knew how deep the hatred between our family and hers runs, then you would understand. If I win, there might not be Western Lands for much longer" Sesshoumaru answers looking back in the direction of the castle.

Alexiel frowns in confusion before jumping up,being shorter then sesshomaru,and giving him a hug."look on the bright side of things just dont kill her."

Sesshoumaru sighs, but doesn't pull away. "I wish things were that simple, but perhaps there is a way. Could you get her to back down. That way I don't lose face, or my life, and she won't need to worry about this any longer."

alexiel smiles letting go."You and your pride.Your almost as bad as inuyasha.I'll talk to her though."

"What do you have, if not pride in yourself?" Sesshoumaru says calmly. "Go. Perhaps tonight will bear fruit in more way than one."

Alexiel grins taking off,once out of hitting distance she yells back."fruit and maybe a kid or two!"

Sesshoumaru just shakes his head and waves.

alexiel grins running back in the room with kirara and miroku."HEllo!everyone!"

"Where have you been?" Kirara says and stands.

alexiel smiles taking riku from miroku before sitting down in miroku's lap."talking..."

The beast gives another roar.
"What is it?" Onyx asks.
It makes a whimper and Onyx hears its stomach growl.
"You're hungry aren't you? Fine, lets go back and I'll let you eat one of those trespassers."

"Talking to who? There's no one around for miles that would be interesting to talk to." kirara asks.

A shadow passed over Kirara and the beast of the mountain loomed over her. 
"Go ahead! Eat her!" Onyx orders. "The sooner you eat the better!"

Alexiel smiles rocking riku."sesshomaru.And he's not that bad to talk to."

The beast yells but instead of eating Kirara, if seems Mirkou and Aleixal. It licks its lips and moves over to them.

Alexiel looks up scared at the beast,looking confused.not many demons,or humans for that matter would willingly attack sesshomaru's house.

The beast leans down and sniffs the baby in Alexiel's hands.
"Will you hurry up and decide what you want to eat?" Onyx yells. "We're wasiting time!"

Alexiel backs up,thrusting the baby into mirokus arms before facing the beast again."GO!Onyx!inuyasha's looking for you!"

"Who is this InuYasha? I do not know him. Now step aside and let my beast feast!" Onyx yells.

"Shit!" kirara yells out and takes off to go find the Lorf of the castle, who also happened to be Sesshoumaru. "Sesshoumaru! Help! We need your help!"

Sesshoumaru heard her calling out his name and he rushed over to where the noises were coming from.

The beast rams his head into the ground, annoyed and hungry.
"Eat my beast. Feed on the flesh of these intruders."

"Out of my lands!" Sesshoumaru cries out and releases a wave of power from his Tokijin.

Onyx sees the wave coming towards them. She gets ready for the blow up a huge tidal wave comes up and blocks it.

"I thought you guys said that she only controls fire!" Sesshoumaru yells out.

"I thought she did!" Kirara answers. running up behind the enraged lord.

"We need to get to the temple!" Onyx says to the beast.

The beast nods and heads off in the direction of the highest cliff.

Kirara stands there breathing heavily. "That was interesting to say the least."

"How dare she have the gall to attack MY home! I should run after her and kill her, but I won't. Right now I'm need here for repairs." Sesshoumaru says and begins to survey the damage. A few hut were knocked down and there was a huge hole in the wall.

The beast reaches the high cliff and lets Onyx jump off its head. She pats it on the head and looks up. It was a long journey but she had to do it.

"Then I'm going after her. I hope you don't mind that we'll have to postpone our little fight, but we can't have that thing running rampant over the lands. It looked like it was headed South." Kirara says and takes off after the scent.

Sesshoumaru watches her go, but doesn't move to stop her. This gives him more time to think of a way to convince her to back down without hurting her pride.

Onyx is running up the cliff and into a fog. Her lover told her about this. She was going to have to be careful.

Kirara follows her trail at a speed so great that she was barely a blur. 'It's funny how I'm thanking the gods for being a demon for the first time in my life, just to save a human.'

Onyx was soon lost in the fog. She heard them moving around in the shadows, hoping to stirke her and enchant her with their singing. She was stronger than that she hoped. THe women of the mist used to be under the control of the water spirit (whom had helped her escape.) but they rebelled and now gaurded the temple, trying to kill anyone who dared ventured to it.

Alexiel sighs in relive taking riku,back checking both him and miroku over for cuts,before looking at sesshomaru."at least now you can get out of your fight with kirara...."

Inuyasha runs up looking concerned.

Onyx tries to hit her invisable attacker but sees no one. The more she tries, the harder it becomes.

"I doubt it, but it should postpone it for some time." sesshoumaru says and moves over to give instuctions to servants that were rebuilding the damaged wall.

Kirara skidded to a stop in the middle of the mists. She created a balll of flame in her hand to ward them off and continued.

Alexiel nods and starts to help bulid things.Miroku goes into sesshomaru's house and lays riku down before coming back out and helping.

Onyx hears a scream and sees a strange looking woman. She lashes her whip out and the woman disappers. 
"One down, two more to go." She says to herself.

Kirara looks around trying to follow her nose to where Onyx was. There were far too many scents interferring though. She sighed and continued on in what seemed to be the right direction.

Inuyasha looks around before walking up to sesshomaru.":what happened?"

"A giant worm carrying that wench that was with you earlier came through. That fire cat took off after her." Sesshoumaru replies and comtinues to read the scroll he was looking at.

"Onyx?ONYX!"Inuyasha yells following kirara's scent.Alexiel shakes her head nailing down a roof to a cabin.

Kirara looks aorund her, but can't see a thing. "Oh screw it!" She lifts up into the air and flys over the dense fog. Far ahead she sees a temple. She heads off in that direction, pretty sure that that was probably where Onyx was headed.

Onyx was surprised at how the mist suddenly disappered but she paid no attention to it and contiuned on her way.

Kirara's eyes widen in surprise as the mists receade. She catches sight of an object moving on the landscape below and takes off hoping that it's the missing girl.
